Subject	Can i still use this turbo?

Message	I posted my findings inside my engine last week, here is a pic of the turbo in question... no shaft play, spins, no oil, i never saw the engine running, and my current na is dyeing a slow death, can anyone tell me if i can still use it? or scrap it? I was going to save for an upgrade but something came up and i want to swap everything as it is already. im not going for big power here, just stock DD.
